Quality rules

  • State what page, submission, media item, or topic creates the concern.
  • Identify whether the concern involves a living person, minor, family material, private record, safety issue, or consent boundary.
  • Share only the minimum detail needed for CultureUp to route the review.
  • Use email for sensitive follow-up when public form detail would expose private information.

Common blockers

  • Do not post private family, genetic, medical, legal, or location-sensitive details into a public-facing note.
  • Do not submit unsupported allegations about real people.

Sensitive content guardrails

  • Do not include private addresses, private phone numbers, private emails, medical details, financial details, or identity documents.
  • Do not submit accusations about living people without public source context.
  • Do not upload or link copyrighted media unless you own it, have permission, or are referencing an official public source.
