This is the first real CultureUp pilot page for Public Memory. It is not a social post or imported quote dump. It is a source-aware article candidate that demonstrates how a future published story should be structured before indexing.
A pilot must begin with a source packet, then proceed through rights review, privacy review, and correction planning. The publishing unit should stay noindex until editorial approval includes source labels, correction process, and indexability decision.
Source check
Source paths must identify where material came from, who holds it, when it was accessed, and what remains unverified. If a point still needs community confirmation, the text should state that clearly.
Rights and privacy check
No private personal details, unverified screenshots, or unclear media rights should enter a pilot draft. Rights and consent are treated as required, not optional, before public publication.
Correction route
Correction logic must be visible and owned: what to update if a date, caption, attribution, source status, or rights state changes later.
Publishing gate
This pilot is ready for editorial review of policy and source checks. It remains out of homepage shelves, category rails, source index listings, and search until explicit indexing approval is recorded.
