After the account-first billing step, use this intake note to provide the sponsor name, website, selected package, short neutral description, logo URL, and policy acknowledgement. The form prepares an email note and does not publish a listing by itself.

Sponsor account setup, hosted checkout, and intake start the process. Public recognition appears only after the listing passes the sponsor policy and is added to the approved sponsor registry.
Payment or subscription is active in Stripe.
Sponsor intake has name, contact email, website URL, package, placement, neutral description, and policy acknowledgement.
Website and offer do not violate the sponsor policy.
Description is neutral, 160 characters or fewer, and does not read as editorial endorsement.
Logo or image rights are clear, or the listing uses text only.
Sponsor category is checked against blocked policy terms.
Outbound link uses sponsored-link attributes wherever rendered.
Display status is active and display-until date has not passed.
Learning Path Sponsor placements are manually reviewed before display.

Sponsor listings are added only after checkout, intake, and policy review where required. Active listings also require a current display date. Paid sponsor links are labeled and use sponsored-link attributes.
